The Iranian team also won one silver and two bronze medals in the tournament.
Iran's taekwondo practitioner Ehsan Naqibzadeh won a gold medal after defeating his rivals from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq in the 54kg category on the first day of the event on Wednesday.
Behzad Ilkhani earned the second gold for Iran by beating his Yemeni, Qatari and Saudi opponents in the 74kg class.
Iran's third gold medal was collected by Kourosh Rajoli who overpowered athletes from Bahrain and Jordan respectively.
Behzad Khodadad and Abbas Sheikhi also won another two gold medals on Thursday.
Yasin Akbar Nattaj received the bronze medal for the Iranian outfit after he lost to a Saudi taekwondo practitioner in the second round. Earlier, Akbar Nattaj edged past his Qatari opponent 12-3 in the first round.
On Thursday, Ruhollah Talebi claimed one silver while Afshin Saket took the Iranian squad's second bronze.
A total of nine teams from Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Qatar, Syria, Bahrain, Jordan, Yemen and Lebanon have taken part in the 2nd West Asian Taekwondo Championships.
